On 19th August 2025, the students of Grade 6A at Mahatma International School (CBSE) conducted a thoughtful and inspiring special assembly on the occasion of World Humanitarian Day. The assembly aimed to raise awareness about the importance of kindness, compassion, and helping those in need.

The programme began with a morning prayer, followed by a meaningful thought for the day. Students gave an insightful speech highlighting the purpose of World Humanitarian Day and shared stories of humanitarian heroes who risk their lives to support others in crisis.

A powerful skit was performed to depict how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life. Students also presented a poem dedicated to the spirit of humanity and service.

The class teacher concluded the assembly with a motivational message, encouraging students to be empathetic, responsible and active contributors to society. The efforts of Class 6th A were appreciated by all for delivering such a heartwarming and socially relevant presentation.
