Swimming and Yoga

The school incorporates swimming as a compulsory activity along with yoga to keep the students physically fit. Swimming periods are allotted class-wise in the regular time-table and students go enthusiastically to learn and practice various strokes under the able and professional guidance of trainers. Periodic practice of yoga keeps the students physically fit and mentally upright and their concentration level shows considerable improvement.
