A special assembly on World Literacy Day was conducted by the students of Class 7B at Mahatma International School on 3rd October 2025. The assembly began with the morning prayer and a thought of the day on the importance of education. A speech was delivered, highlighting how literacy empowers individuals and builds a stronger society. The students performed a lively dance and a melodious song conveying the message that learning is a lifelong journey. A skit showing the difference between literate and illiterate lives left a deep impression on the audience. The program ended with a poem recital. Principal praised the efforts of Class 7-B and encouraged everyone to spread the light of literacy.
