Mahatma International school organized ‘Dimension’, a Talent Hunt show Competition on 23rd and 24th August in different venues. The aim was to encourage students participation in different competitions so as to help them shed stage fear and gain confidence.
The programme was graced by the Dy. CEO Mr. A. L. Tripathi and The Principal, Mr. Jomon Mathew. Dy. CEO, in his speech, emphasized that for the all-round development of a child, along with academics, fine and performing arts also play a crucial role.
The programme started with lightening the lamp and Saraswati Vandana.
After that The Principal, Mr. Jomon Mathew delivered a speech through which he expressed that art is a means to express one’s pent up emotions, desires, joy and imagination.
Various competitions were organized for the programme.
A quiz competition was held on 8th August, 2018 and memory test was on the 16th August, 2018. Fancy dress, dance and solo singing were held on 23rd and 24th August, 2018.
Fancy dress competition was held on 23rd August in B.Ed. room for stds. first and second. The dance competition was held in Stage I and stage II and Solo singing was held in M. Ed. room for Std. I and II on the same day.
Students excitedly participated in these events.
On 24th August the program started with lightening the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. After that there was a welcome dance by the students of Std. IV. And competitions started at 8 a.m. in the same venue.
Fancy dress, solo song and dance competition for Std. III and IV held on this day.
Students showcased their talent and we discovered the hidden, exceptional faculty within students.
The whole programme was coordinated by Mrs. Reena Gothwal and Mrs. Ashawari Uryavanshiwith the support and co-operation of all the teaching and non-teaching staff.
