Mahatma International schoolorganized ‘Dimension’, a Talent Hunt show Competition on 12th August, 2017, at the school hall. The aim was to encourage students participation in different competitions so as to help them shed stage fear, gain confidence and also facilitate them to accept victory humbly and endure failure courageously. The programme was graced by the Dy. CEO Mr. A. L. Tripathi and the Campus Provost Ms. Rama Devi Putta. Dy. CEO in his speech, he emphasized that for the all round development of a child, along with academics, fine and performing arts also play a crucial role. He said “All kids are unique and hence use different means to express themselves. Some articulate themselves through academics whereas some put across their skill through arts.”
The Principal, Mr. Jomon Mathew delivered a speech through which he expressed that art is a means to express one’s pent up emotions, desires, joy and imagination.
Students excitedly participated in different events. A variety of events like group dance, origami, mask making, clay modeling, solo singing, fancy dress, Ad mad were organized. All the teachers decked up in their best attires could be seen on their toes to make the event a success.
The whole programme was coordinated by Mr. Girish Singh with the support and co-operation of all the teaching and non-teaching staff.
