Earth Day highlights environmental challenges such as climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss, raising awareness and inspiring action among individuals, communities, and governments. It emphasises the need for environmental protection, urging people to reduce their use of plastic and adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.
The pre-primary wing celebrated Earth Day with a colouring activity (colouring Earth’s image), during which teachers taught the importance of keeping water resources clean & saving water, saving trees and forests, and conserving electricity.
A pledge has been made to turn off the lights that I don’t need. I will try to use less plastic. I will turn off the water when it is not being used.
