Mahatma International School (C.B.S.E) celebrated the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima on 22nd July, 2024 with a lot of reverence.
Guru Purnima was celebrated to acknowledge the contributions of teachers in shaping the personalities and replacing illiteracy with knowledge.
Teachers enlightened the students on the significance of ancient traditions and relevance of this day through informative presentations and interactive videos. Speeches and shlokas by student representatives from each class highlighted the importance of Gurus in our lives.
Students prepared wonderful ‘Thank you’ cards for teachers they considered as their guru and idol.
All the children wished their teachers and took their blessings. Teachers also in return encouraged the children to lead a good life and follow the footprints of their Guru. Let us bow down to the Gurus of our life and follow them for a happy and successful life.
