Children celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm. As part of the celebration children were quizzed on freedom fighters and it was heartening to know that small children were able to recognise them. Children made flags by vegetable printing and this came out very beautiful. They sang patriotic songs and the programme ended up by singing national anthem.
