Swachha Bharat Abhiyan was launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 2nd October, 2014 to accelerate the effort to achieve universal sanitation coverage.
As part of celebration of Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October, 2023) Swaccha Bharat Drive was conducted on the 1st of October by the Mahatma International School (CBSE). Students of classes VIII, IX and X along with teaching and non-teaching staff and Principal Mr. Jomon Mathew cleaned Lokmata Ahilyadevi Holkar Garden Khanda Colony, Navi Mumbai.
