On the occasion of World Health Day, students actively participated in various activities to promote the importance of good health and healthy eating habits. One of the main highlights of the celebration was a speaking activity on health and fruits. Students came forward confidently and spoke a few lines about different fruits and their benefits. They explained how fruits like apples, bananas, and oranges help us stay strong and protect us from diseases. Some students shared simple messages like “Eat fruits every day to stay healthy” and “Fruits give us energy to learn and play”. The children also spoke about the importance of a balanced diet and how including fruits in daily meals keeps the body fit and active. Their speeches were simple, clear, and full of enthusiasm.
